KAOS Productions
The foundation stones for Kippax Amateur Operatic Society, as it was originally known, were laid in 1959. It all began officially at Kippax Methodist Church in 1960, where the society performed for a number of years. In 1970, performances were moved to Castleford Civic Centre.
Since then, the society has staged pantomimes, musicals, plays, cabarets and fundraising events to bring the joy of theatre to the local community.
Like many other societies, we have faced and overcome all manner of challenges, always adapting, and getting stronger. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, we became known as KAOS Productions, staging "The KAOS Must Go On", and it certainly will!
Head to our upcoming events page to see what we have in store, then sit back, relax and enjoy the show!
